Your App will be called whatever you named your custom app when it was built by Envision.

Make Sure Your Business's App Notifications are Switched to On (Green)

Home Screen > Settings > Notifications > Your Business App > Allow Notifications

Allow Notifications is on (Green)

Once notifications are turned on, you are active and ready to receive notification updates!
